Refund & Payment Policy

1. Elite Program Performance Guarantee

Scholar Architecture committedly executes the Elite Program using structured methodologies, university targeting models, and Faculty outreach campaigns to maximize Client competitiveness. We guarantee:

• Minimum 2 Offer Letters secured — or the conditional Partial Refund Policy applies.
• Up to 2,000+ personalized Professor Emails systematically compiled and dispatched on your behalf.
• Maximum 20 University Applications fully managed by our expert advisory team.

Condition: The performance guarantee is strictly applicable only when the Client has fulfilled all responsibilities on time (as outlined in the Terms of Service) and completed all scheduled program payments.

To maintain program operational standards, installment payments are mandatory, binding, and strictly non-negotiable:

• Delay exceeding 10 days: Results in a temporary Service Pause (all active documentation edits and outreach stops).
• Delay exceeding 20 days: Results in a complete Service Suspension (all coordinator, supervisor, and portal support is locked).

4. Third-Party / External Costs

All third-party expenses — including university application portal fees, embassy visa processing fees, mandatory medical checks, courier charges, and standardized exam fees (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE) — are not included in the consulting service fee and shall be borne solely by the Client.

5. Standard & Partial Refund Framework

Standard Policy: Except as detailed in the performance guarantee criteria below, all payments made to Scholar Architecture are strictly non-refundable, and initial enrollment deposit fees are fully non-refundable.

Partial Refund Eligibility: If Scholar Architecture fails to secure a minimum of 2 admission/funding offer letters, a partial refund may be requested, subject to the following criteria:

• The client has met all designated profile and document submission deadlines.
• All installments have been completed in full on or before their due dates.
• The Client did not trigger any Service Pause or Service Suspension phases during the 8-12 month cycle.

The exact refund amount will be calculated and mutually agreed upon, excluding administrative setup and editor work hours.
