All research proposals, statement of purpose (SOP) drafts, CVs, recommendation letters (LORs), and personal identification documents provided by the Service Receiver (the Client) shall remain strictly confidential.

2. Marketing & Success Showcases

Scholar Architecture reserves the right to use anonymized data (such as target country, degree level, scholarship funding secured, and target field of study) to showcase successful application cases in marketing materials and success statistics.

Opt-Out: Personal credentials (such as full names, NIDs, passport numbers, or exact university transcripts) will never be shared without explicit written consent. If you wish to restrict the use of anonymized success cases for branding purposes, you may submit a request to info@scholararch.com.

3. Information We Collect & Hold

To deliver our strategy, outreach, and university application assistance framework, we collect and process the following information:

• Identity Information: Full Legal Name, Passport / NID number, and permanent address.
• Academic Profile Data: CGPA, transcripts, publication lists, language scorecards (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE), and statement drafts.
• Contact Credentials: Email addresses, phone numbers, and WhatsApp communication logs.
• Target Objectives: Preferred intake, research fields, degree levels (Masters/PhD), and country lists.

4. Data Storage and Security Measures

All student records are stored in secure cloud systems accessible only by authorized coordinators, editors, and academic advisors. Our portals implement industry-standard encryption protocols during transit and storage.

5. Governing Law and Third-Party Compliance

Our privacy framework operates under the digital security laws of Bangladesh. We will never sell, trade, or distribute your credentials to commercial third-party lists.
